excellent stay in the heart of the city
room upgrade luxury blend perfect room service beautiful design
the super lady, miss jessica, at the front desk provided a room upgrade. it was superb. the resort has beautiful design. i found a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation in the lush gardens near the pool. the room service was perfect too.
the ac machine in my room dripped water slightly. also, the shower wasn't working properly. i encountered a foisty smell around the hotel, but it wasn't too bad. some of the staff at reception weren't smiling, which i found unusual.

The location was acceptable. The resort had its own beach.
The room looked dated and was like a throwback. the tv remote didn't work. getting it replaced took way too long, even after i asked repeatedly.

green trees friendly ahmed attentive staff superb service
the resort had lots of green trees , flowers and bird songs. i found ahmed at the front desk to be helpful and friendly. the staff was attentive , ensuring every need was met with a smile. asanka on the beach provided superb service , which i appreciated.
i noticed some outdated conditions in the rooms.

Ahmed was warm and professional at reception. He provided excellent knowledge about facilities. Maruf, the guest relationship manager. The location is close to everything, the beach is amazing, and the service is excellent.

cheap showerhead scarce hot water
I encountered some issues . The showerhead felt rather cheap, reminiscent of something one might find in a discount store. Hot water was also scarce. A second person showering after the first could expect a decidedly chilly experience.. the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. I found this surprising, as refills seem a basic expectation.

charming atmosphere helpful service
i find a charming atmosphere right away. aica at the front desk was super helpful. i also enjoy the golf cart service for convenient transport.
the beach closed too early at sunset for me. it prevent my desire to enjoy the beautiful beach during the evening. i hope the hotel consider extending the beach hours.

a romantic getaway
luscious gardens front desk
I adore the luscious gardens, it feels like paradise entered my heart. the service was tender. The staff ensured every detail was addressed with pure care. jessica and aica at the front desk were very kind. golf cart rides to our villa were a fun touch, i will always remember this place.
i felt that some areas was aged. i know they will do their best to renew the place.

the room had comfortable beds, and very soft pillows and blanket. the minibar had all the necessities. the bathroom features many towels and toiletries. it was very serene.
